General Questions
Will ImageXpress work with all browsers?
Yes.
What types of file format does ImageXpress support?
ImageXpress supports .jpg, .png, .swf & soon .flv.
What version of flash player is required for viewing?
The current version of ImageXpress has been exported for Flash Player 8
or higher. Previous version are flash player 7 compatible.
I just downloaded the latest version of ImageXpress, now what?

Do I need to resize my photo's for use with ImageXpress?
You do not need to resize your images; however the current version of ImageXpress does NOT resize images on the fly. So if your source imagery is 800x600 it would be ideal to set the width and height of ImageXpress to 800x600.
If you are looking to resize your images, we recommend Adobe Photoshop as your photo editing software.
My images are all different sizes how does ImageXpress handle that?
ImageXpress centers all images within the viewing application.
So any image larger than the viewing area will be cut off on top, bottom,
or both sides – Hopefully in our next release there will be a scaling options
to auto size images that are larger than the viewing area.
Do you have a CMS for ImageXpress?
We currently are were building a PHP/My SQL content manager
so that in the future updates can be made via web based browser, however
this has been put on hold temporarily
Is ImageXpress only a photo gallery ?
Not necessarily. More advanced web developers might want to load other .swf files or even use it as a portfolio viewer. ImageXpress is built to be a multi-purpose web solution.
Purchasing
If I decide to purchase ImageXpress, how long does the order take to process?
Once your order has been received we will send out an email with your login
information. From there you can visit our members area and download the
application directly.
How often are NEW updates released?
Updates are released only after a bug in the application has been discovered
or new functionality has been added.
When new updates are released can I still access previous versions?
Yes. All previous versions will always be available along with the most
recent update.
OMG! Where is my username and password ?
If more than 24 hrs has passed since you purchased ImageXpress, please send
an email to sales[at]imagexpress.net and I will look after you as soon as possible.
Why is this application now $20?
Well... ImageXpress has taken countless hours to build, test and deploy.
I think $20 is a decent price for what is offered.
Can I purchase the Flash source file (FLA) for ImageXpress?

With the release of ImageXpress V5 & V4, our registered users now have two great galleries to choose from. We will also continue to support ImageXpress V2 as we progress with the release of V5.

ImageXpress Version 5 has been released to the public. A new feature with this release is the Archive Paging System. Store umlimited galleries and allow users to easily access archived presentations via a numbered paging system.
